Students may register at a concessionary rate. You will be asked to present your student ID at the day of arrival. If you fail to present a valid university ID, you will be charged the regular rate.

In the event that you have to cancel your participation, you will be refunded your paid balance except for a non-refundable charge of € 15.00 that will cover our costs for bookings, bank and credit card transactions. If you have to cancel, please contact: cancellations@wayeb.org.
If you do not show up without prior cancellation or conclusive reason, your paid balance will be forfeit. |
En caso de que Usted tenga que cancelar su participación, se le devolverá la cuota que pagó con excepción de 15 EUR que cubren nuestros gastos de reservación y cargos bancarios. Si tiene que cancelar, favor de contactar: cancellations@wayeb.org.

In order to process your EMC registration we need certain personal data. When booking for the first time, you need to provide information such as your name, postal address, and email address and then choose a username and password. In addition to this we ask for your payment details, such as bank details, account number or credit card number. Your booking is made over SSL-encryption (Secure Socket Layer), which enables secure data transfer between your web browser and our booking system.
Wayeb neither sells nor rents your personal data to third parties. We only pass on your personal data including information concerning method of payment and booking to the payment processing organisation of your credit or bank card, with which you are making your booking.
Your data will not be stored on the server but will be deleted from our database after the EMC. We will only keep your email-address to update you with news and information about forthcoming European Maya Conferences and other events organised by Wayeb. If you do not wish to receive this kind of information, please indicate so during signup. |
Para llevar a cabo su inscripción al EMC necesitamos ciertos datos personales. Tiene que indicar su nombre, dirección postal, correo electrónico, así como crear un nombre de usuario y una contraseña. Además, le pedimos información de pago, tal como detalles de su cuenta bancaria, número de tarjeta de crédito etc. Su reservación está realizada por SSL-encryption (Secure Socket Layer), que permite garantizar la transferencia de datos entre su servidor internet y nuestro sistema de reservación.
Wayeb no vende ni alquila sus datos personales a terceras partes. Sólo compartimos sus datos personales, incluyendo los detalles de pago y reservación, con la organización bancaria de la tarjeta de crédito que utiliza para su inscripción.
Sus datos no se conservarán en el servidor sino serán eliminados de nuestra base de datos después del EMC. Sólo conservaremos su correo electrónico para poder enviarle información sobre los próximos EMCs y otros eventos organizados por Wayeb.
